Over the last five weeks I have outlined for you some of my discoveries in the world of medieval Tantric philosophical theology. I have tried to describe five key elements, as I see it, in this spiritual and religious movement.

Where did it come from?

The specific philosophical approach that we’ve been rediscovering is usually called Kashmir Shaivism. Kashmir Shaivism is a specific form of Tantric philosophical theology. It came from a series of oral traditions that were handed down by teachers and disciples for (we guess) thousands of years.
